Data controller
Kingdom Project A.C., located at Fray Antonio de Roa 205, Boulevares de San Francisco, 42078 Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations.
Data we collect
Identification and contact data: name, age, phone number, email address, official ID and, in the case of minors, name and birth certificate, as well as the data of the person exercising parental authority. Emergency contact data. Image and voice in photographs and videos of our meetings and events. Browsing data on our website (cookies and the Meta pixel).
Sensitive data. For our activities we process data on religious beliefs and, for retreats and overnight events, health data (medical conditions, medications and allergies). This data requires your express written consent, which you give by signing the corresponding form or document.
Purposes
Primary. Organizing and holding meetings, retreats, courses and events; contacting you by WhatsApp, phone or email regarding your attendance; handling emergencies during our activities; complying with the association's legal obligations.
Secondary. Inviting you to future activities and sending you church content; publishing photographs and videos on our social media, website and institutional materials. If you do not want your data used for these purposes, you can say so by checking the corresponding option on the registration form, or by writing to us at any time at contacto@kingdomproject.org.
Transfers
We use the Meta pixel on our website, which involves sharing browsing data with Meta Platforms, Inc. for measurement and advertising purposes on Facebook and Instagram. Apart from this case, we do not transfer your data to third parties, unless required by law or necessary to handle a medical emergency.
ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@kingdomproject.org with your name, the right you wish to exercise and a copy of your ID. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
Cookies and pixel
Our website uses cookies and the Meta pixel to measure visits and show relevant content on Facebook and Instagram. You can disable them in your browser settings.
Minors
Data of minors is collected only with the authorization of the person exercising parental authority.
